Ramblings of an Aching Man

If anyone spots me walking weird. It's those hamstrings... I'm achin' all over now thanks to poly 50 training on Monday. It was totally fun though, after the intitial excruciating sparodic bursts of increased heartrate for about 3+ rounds, i got used to the sprint-rest-sprint-rest routine. Supposingly it trains both speed and stamina, more emphasis on speed. For 2 hours every training, multiplied by 2 times a week, plus 1 extra weekly training times 6. After all the math, it's 15 more training hours before the poly 50 thing actually happens. Can't wait to see what's gonna happen.

Now i'm contemplating coloring my hair dark red with Andrew and Roger... still waiting for more people or more suggestions.

After a visit to Andrew's blog, I finally realised why he's been acting so weird;) A foreign love bug of a species rather rare in his forest has smit/bitten him. Haha, understand that you feel really funny/fuzzy,Andrew, but hope you'll return to earth soon, so that I won't always have to walk with the distracted shadow of your disinterested core=P I guess his alertness will return when time has allowed his revel to gain enough velocity to centrifugically(if there even is such a word) escape the gravity well of love's lure.

Wow, abstract sia=P haha, well, no matter what dramatically overblown metophor i use, it still collapses at the blade of May's wit. May, that's a quality that i truely admire - ur razor wit. By saying this, I second the many people that have already made this commendment before me=D

oh yea, SPcompare's gonna have a meet-the-seniors gathering next wed, wonder what surprises fellow poodles (private joke) are gonna have in store for us...

Did you know that a huge earthquake followed by laviathan tsunami that killed tens of thousands occured recently? Was very shocked when I heard the news from my sis and mom. This is historic you know.. With disasters of such majestic proportions plaguing the modern earth, the harbingers of God's second comming are very quickly revealing themselves. Oh no! So many people still don't know about what Jesus did on the cross, about God's love... I must not be ashamed of the Gospel=)

For listeners to my blog music (if any) so sorry, got no time to upload yet. Hope you enjoy the view from the moon=) STI will continue on another day when my neurons are not tingling in eager anticipation of potentially stimulating activites that cram my badly managed timetable. Dun you juz love superlatives:D
